Even if Noah was very worried, he didn't forget that they were crossing what could have been a No Man's Land. When he saw Mariz float up, he was bracing for the impact. He just didn't count on getting dragged down all of a sudden. He had no idea how Allan pulled them; he just knew they hit the ground.
After that, a series of unexplainable things also happened. Someone showed up and crushed the electric ball like it was nothing while Allan was able to let the winds slide off of his frame, avoiding the hit all in all.
