The strong winds and strong rains battered against the windows of the hospital in the city. Guiles stood by the window, hands cupping the view so he could look outside without being bothered by his fatigued face's reflection. A bright explosion just attracted everyone's eyes while the ground felt a slight tremor.
He then turned to see his wife. "Megan, something seemed to be happening outside. Would you like to leave the city now? I can call the car to ferry us away."
"And leave Morgan?" Megan raised her gaze to find the husband's sad eyes that mirrored hers. "I don't want to leave with just the two of us. Until I have my Morgan back, I will not leave Cape Cod."
"I see. Then, let's wait for her together." Guiles was about to pace back to his wife when another tremor made the ground shake. He almost stumbled down while Megan gasped in fear. It was stronger than the last tremor. Was there an earthquake underwater that the ground was shaking?
