The bright Sunday morning seemed to be oblivious of all the terror lurking as soon as the night falls. Luca had left the hotel room very early that morning, leaving Noah to whine about losing his warmth and then quickly replacing the bedmate with a hellhound.
Luca only laughed out as he placed a kiss on Noah's face before he went to see the mass at a nearby church. Since this area of Cape Cod was popular, the locals didn't have problems with sharing their churches with tourists who wanted to attend a mass away from their homes.
Just like the people, Luca was filled with wishes… asking for guidance and protection for the incoming battle. He would be diving into the world of witches and demons, with the power of light at its minimum influence. However, he never wanted to lose faith again.
