Alec looked around after leaving Ms. Canterbury.
He had never been in an orphanage before. The floors were pretty in a dirty way, and the guard was sleeping in the corner. He was snoring quite obnoxiously, and Alec wasn't sure if he should eat Ted or not, but his conscious took over, and he found a room.
The orphanage was two floors, and after finding a bunk in one of the second-floor rooms, he went inside and put his stuff down.
Once that was done, he looked at the walls and noticed posters of men in fighting poses were hanging up. Feeling bothered by them he tore them down and settled his feet on the first bunk.
He had a long journey, and this old and creaky bed was nice and large. He felt comfortable in this smaller body on this large bed, and soon tossed over a few times and went to sleep.
A second later though, he felt some large kind of elephant slam into his back. He turned around and opened his eyes noticing a chair flying at him.
"Whoooo"
Alec sent a gust out of his mouth causing the chair to blow away. Seeing as some kid was trying to beat him up, he could only get up slowly and lazily. After all, he was sleeping soundly, and must have done something to upset this boy.
"You… you tore down my Bruce Ben poster! I had to work two weeks to afford that!" An angry boy with a jiggling belly picked up the chair and slammed it down on Alec.
Quite tired from his journey and realizing he shouldn't over step his stay. He let the chair hit him before it broke into pieces.
"I-I just thought it was an ugly decoration, but hi I'm your new roommate Alec!"
Alec smiled and held out his hand trying his hardest not to get angry. After all, he was only here for one day.
"…You… you're kidding right? Haven't you heard the stories about me?"
Alec shook his head and smiled… "As far as I can tell, you don't look like the type who wishes to die… Have you heard about me?"
The man named Kev laughed before he realized the chair was smashed to pieces. "Are… are you one of those crazy immortals who likes to pretend to be kids? If not, you're just some silly kid sitting in my room!"
Alec, growing tired of this boy's mouth, got up and picked him up by the shirt. After noticing the window was open, he flung him out the window. Next, he cleaned his hands and went back to sleep.
Once that was over, the rest of the night went by peacefully.
His roommate never made anymore sounds, but he heard hm shivering for the rest of the night. Regardless, Alec needed sleep, more than he thought, and this was his first time on a bed in years! He woke up in the morning before that boy he threw out the window smiled.
"He… hehe… sorry about last night new kid! My names Kev Lozac… I heard yah knew. I think the madam Canterbury let you stay… You from a rich family or something."
Alec nodded his head. Any cover story sounded better than no cover story.
In fact, if he was going to come up with a cover story, he might as well be a rich boy… His parent's must have died in a tragic accident… Yes, that seemed about right.
"Yup, my family was killed and then I had to run away from the killer who lived in my house…" Alec thought that blended the two stories together nicely.
"Well! Hehe… take it easy on me and give me a piece of advice at school. Now, we got to go eat before it starts!"
Alec followed Kev into the hallway. He didn't have any other clothes besides the stolen, damp shirt on his back. Regardless, he went to a chest and took a new shirt and nodded his head. The robe was a little bit long, but he adjusted his feet before heading to the cafeteria.
When he arrived, the food was placed on his plate, and he nodded and ate the rice looking meat stuff. In fact, this sort of looked like prison food.
After he ate the military camp when he was 16, he was sent to jail. He actually stayed there for a day, but grew bored and ate everyone and everything… That food was not as good as this food, but it wasn't as good as the day outside today.
Kev smiled as he walked next to him and pulled him into the gates of the school.
They only had to walk a few blocks underneath some nice cherry blooming trees. It almost felt like he was going to have a good day, and then someone tossed a rock at Kev.
Now, Kev was already his friend so he picked up the rock and tossed it back.
A few men fell over after that toss, and Alec could only sigh at their luck.
"Kev… are you alright?"
Kev nodded his head and laughed. "Heh, we kids from the orphanage are weaker then the rich kids. Luckily, I have you with me."
At this time, Kev never looked back and saw the man bleeding out of his three orifices. Alec had moved so fast though, that the man bleeding and his friends scratched their heads. After a few days, it would be chalked up to the birds.
A very angry bird apparently with a karmic purpose blasted him in the skull. They presumed it must have been a heavenly karmic hawk, and Kev was free to take him to class.
It was a beautiful day, and Alec nodded his head at the teacher in West Helm School. She was so pretty Alec had to fully uncover his eyes. Her purple dress was exposing her glowing cleavage. This was just before he traced her leg down to her ample bottom.
Next, though, a few more kids came in and he was ready for class to begin.
This was completed as Kev passed him a paper.
He was already starting to like Kev, even though he hit him with a chair, and he also was fond of the girl on his right. Hopefully, she'd be nice and he wouldn't have to eat this planet.
