"Master, are you fine?"
Nadia asked as she looked at Davis's absentminded yet ugly expression. His expression was twisted as if he was deeply angered by something, but it disappeared when he responded to her call.
"Yes, I am..." Davis's chest heaved as he calmed down.
A smile appeared on his face as he shot her a consoling look.
She didn't ask why he had that hateful expression on his face, but she was unaware that even Davis did not know that he had an angered expression on his face.
"I called Master by your name, but Master didn't respond..." Nevertheless, she was afraid that Davis was angered that he was angered because she called his name many times.
Davis blinked before he instantly realized, "I apologize, Nadia. It's not like I didn't respond to you since you called my name. I didn't respond because I was bewildered by some other matter that popped in my mind."
