Ximen Li started to be nervous after hearing that the one behind the scenes had come. This showed that they had captured enough women and were going to take some action.
She was not sure if there would be any unforeseen changes.
"Don't worry, nothing will happen." Si Yue comforted her.
"Mm." Ximen Li tried to calm herself down but she couldn't but tremble when she saw the others. She had hatred and anger in her eyes.
Si Yue glanced towards the entrance of the courtyard curiously after she saw her change. Other than the men, there was one lady that she hadn't seen before.
"Do you know that lady wearing the mourning garments?" She asked.
Ximen Li clenched her fist and said through her gritted teeth, "I know her. I'd recognise her even if she turned to ashes!"
