The weapon spirit that floated in the ocean of dark energy in the dantian quietly watched the outside. As a weapon who's power is close to the limits of the upper realm, he can see through almost anything. He knew the Immortal's Realms due collapse had furiously accelerated due to the tsunami and winds that had been occurring for the past few months. He also knew the exact moment the mother core vanished.
But he had no information on the woman who was outside, but it seemed as though they know each other as she was desperately trying to communicate with Kip. The weapon spirit hesitated for a while, but after seeing the woman go unconscious, he gave in and transported her into his spirit world before putting her in a temporary coma because he couldn't trust her.
Seeing the spatial ring on her, he peeked inside for anything interesting despite seeing most things even cultivators in the upper realm have never seen. Peering inside, his face changed somewhat to a frown. There was a whole tablets with words on them.
"Extreme Yin Empire..." he mumbled as he glared at those words.
"Master had beat up those fellows for messing with him, but it seems as though they haven't changed much. It seems as though I need to pay them a visit," he said as he left the spatial ring.
With a simple gaze, he peered through everything, including space. Finding the location, he temporarily took control of Kip's body which is an easy matter since he doesn't have a sea of consciousness yet. Only those at divine level will form one that will grow with them. But this requires a dao in complete form and not a few specks that could barely be considered a dao foundation.
The weapon spirit slowly copied his insights over to those specks, that began growing like a tree. He took control of the body before easily teleporting a billion miles away like nothing. There was no winds or tsunami's here, but the sun was gone and the night skies were dominating. The waves have become flat enough that there is barely any ripples. The air is also very heavy and space is weak enough that people at the first stage of cultivating could shatter it.
Any islands that once existed have already collapsed into the ocean, taking it's inhabitants along with it. Any survivors would be crushed by the brutal gravity or sink to the bottom. With no Qi around, it makes even saint realm cultivators susceptible if they stay too long in this environment.
He directly grabbed space itself, sending out a ripple that easily collapsed space as it passed by. Then a huge space formation was forced out. Inside was a huge floating island, thousands of miles in diameter. The place was highly ancient and royal, as every land had been converted into buildings, structures, and architecture. Spiritual plants of low grade were abundant along with fierce beasts that occupied regions dedicated to hunting.
However, that was it. Only low grade spiritual plants can grow no matter how dense the Qi is since there's barely any dao, including beasts. They must've had abundant amounts back then, but had absorbed most of it all to support their growth.
But most of the formations, runes, and arrays inside are of the highest low grade. Without dao, formation, rune, and array masters can't make higher grade ones. The same goes for the graded materials needed to repair any damages that accumulate over time towards them. Back then, they must've had an abundance of these materials. But as time went by, they must've ran dry of them. Their rune, formation, and array masters must've aged and left behind their legacies, which could only be fulfilled by dao.
A billion years is enough to degrade even the highest tiered formations without periodic maintenance. Hence the reason why there's abundant Qi but low grade things. Even some of the buildings looked like they were torn down long ago for their high quality materials. It still looks very beautiful from this distance since the architect was constructed in ancient times.
The weapon spirit didn't hesitate and crushed the space formation that had protected and hidden them for a billion years. They're doomed anyway so it won't matter.
The space formation shattered and their floating island was expose to the outside world and it's elements. All the Qi rapidly escaped the place and dissipated into the air, causing the spiritual plants to shrivel up and die. The formations stayed intact probably due to an energy source, but it didn't matter.
The high gravity collapsed most of the formations and the architecture and buildings began collapsing despite the strong materials they're made of. The island struggled to stay afloat as it used it's reserve energies. They probably had energy gathering arrays that pooled Qi from the outside to the interior. But with no Qi, it's useless.
Thousands of saint divine sense left their homes and frantically scanned the area. The headmaster and elders came out with furious but fearful expressions. Most of them were male which made the weapon spirit frown.
Back then, they were a fairly prestigious clan for those who were females or/and had a yin body with a talent for ice energies. But after the collapse, it seems as though they had no choice but to bring in males to repopulate. They would probably dump the males out after a year. But it seems as though the males managed to convince the females to secretly get them in without detection.
Eventually, the entire system was overthrown and males took over while eliminating the female resistance. It became a barbarian system where the females were played with while males enjoyed the luxury life for hundreds of millions of years. They would go outside and capture new males and females inside before keeping them there.
It then became a current barbarian system where it's laziness and luxury while the females suffer. The weapon spirit could deduct all this just by looking through the tablets and lifestyles of the Extreme Yin Empire. Seeing this, his face turned gloomy and he understood why the lady had such hatred towards this clan.
"It seems as though I need to teach them a lesson," muttered the weapon spirit.
