Although Jin did want to celebrate after getting such an achievement, he had postponed that feeling since he was the King of Ress and there were things that were in order. The Celestials had already been escorted into the Lyro while troops within Lyro had been pulled out.
There was no information as to why the Celestials were staying in Lyro and there were quite a number of troops who wanted the information to feel safe. Some assumed that the King had let go of Lyro, a place where the ex citizens of Lyro and Ress's own mages sacrificed much to keep a portion of the Celestials from hitting the main capital. They felt that there was no justice or recognition done to appreciate the people who had fought so hard just to keep the walls of Lyro occupied with Ress' flag flying up high.
