Soon after that, the Celestials continued to discuss the terms of the Celestials' exodus, and they eventually reached an agreement among their group members. While it was true that Lyro was still in a rather bad state after the seven day war, the Celestials did assist in helping to gather back the rubble and placed them in optimal spots so that when Jin came into the picture, all he needed was a 'quick' knock to get things into place.
Other than that, the Celestials would not be touching anything that might affect the regular lives of the citizens staying there in the future. They did however agree that whatever that the Celestials had used had to be disposed of properly. It is like after watching a football match at the stadium and cleaning up the area when the event is done.
