"How can someone be so heartless as to frame and even hurt her own mother?" Someone among the crowd said filled with disbelief
"Your right, even if she was only a step mother how could someone treat her this way?" Another answered
Similar murmurings were circulating around the crowd, when Lilith started crying she covered her face with her hands and smirked evilly.
"Let's see how you can still stay high and mighty [1] now." She though snidely as she continued to weep.
Throughout this interaction, Reen and company calmly stared at hypocritical woman in front of them. A deep murderous intent was evident in Reen's eyes. Even though the people could not see it they could feel it in the air.
They did not know where this intense feeling came but it still silence the noisy audience a bit. Lilith who was nearest them could not help but shiver and momentarily stopped crying and shivered.
She looked up and saw the intense hatred and murderous intent in Reen's eyes which made her gulp in fear.
"These eyes… they seem so familiar… just like…" She could not help but shiver once more as she stared and eventually evaded her eyes, cold sweat poured from her forehead.
Wisteria that stood beside her clench her shoulder telling her through her actions to calm down, knowing she made a mistake she closed her eyes tightly and inhaled and exhaled deeply trying to control her emotions.
The people around them not knowing that the sudden chill they felt were from this young and innocent girl threw this out of their mind.
When they were going to continue ridiculing and cursing Reen and company they then finally notice Reen who was standing straight as a pole with her eyes close and Wisteria holding her shoulder.
After making sure she was calm enough, right at the moment when these people stared at her she opened her eyes abruptly wherein her eyes were filled with pain and sorrow as small droplets fell down from her eyes one by one but she was trying desperately not to let them fall making her look more fragile.
She then stared at the audience in general with full of grievance as she stubbornly wiped the tears from her face however tears continued to flow as she desperately tried to wipe it making her look like a child. It was as though someone trying their best to act tough but failed but still stubbornly tries to be tough nonetheless.
The people who had initially ridiculed and scolded her could not help but feel guilty seeing a sorrowful expression in such a young girl.
Different from Lilith who cried with her make up on that was now smeared making her face a slightly ugly sight, Reen who had little to no makeup maintained her innocent and beautiful face invoking the pity from the men and women in the crowd and the online viewers.
Reen did not say anything but the people present could feel her shock and pain. Reen in reality once again use what Wisteria had once taught her. She recalled all the pain and sufferings she had experience and the endurance she did just so she could achieve the perfect time to take her revenge.
Uoron who was at the back stage could not help but frown and glare fiercely at Lilith wanting her to die this minute. Wisteria on the other was silently crying seeing Reen this way. Hue clenched his fists in anger.
