Finally being given the mic, Lilith sat up straight with her pitiful demeanor accompanied by her fragile appearance, it made the men in the crowd soften their hearts seeing such a fragile woman.
As the saying goes, who wouldn't want to safeguard such a beautiful and pitiful woman brushing the ego of the protectiveness tendency of these men.
She inhaled deeply as though trying to compose herself and talked in a loud and clear voice with slightly trembling hands, she held the mic.
"Good day everyone… I didn't want to reveal this in front of you as no matter want happens despite us not being blood relatives I treated her as my own even if she did not grew up with me…. Even if she didn't came from my own womb… but I can't take it anymore… my conscience keeps haunting me hiding the viciousness of the person I once thought to be pure as an angel…"
The crowd kept silent but the gears in their mind were turning rapidly, they had their own guesses of whom the person she was referring to. However, they did not want to make a wrong conclusion so they waited for the person's name to come from her mouth thus they tactfully kept silent.
Lilith paused to let these words digest then looked at the crowd with sadness and in a heartbroken manner.
"Reen is Wisteria's and Hue's adopted daughter and not their real blooded daughter."
This was not what they expected to be world shuttering news so some looked at her in confusion while others snorted in disdained. They went to this conference not for a rubbish birth or adopted insignificant person.
But her next words shocked them silly…
"Reen schemed against Crimson to kill her using my power by threatening me. She said that if I did not follow her orders she would use Hue and Wisteria's powerful background to kill me and dispose of my men."
This news made these people inhale sharply in bewilderment but she was not done yet.
"Knowing that Hue and Wisteria had a powerful backing at the underground society she could easily kill me if she wanted to as she believes that I had something to do with her family's death a few years ago so she always had a grudge against me." She paused for a bit then continued
"She even took some time off from school to do this devious scheme as we met quite a few times to polish the so called plans while I was in fact trying to find ways to reveal her wicked deed instead."
It was true that she did took a leave from school and missed most of her classes as per her investigation but sadly the school refused to reveal the reason why so she decided to use this and integrate it onto her scheme instead.
She thought that no matter what the reason for her leave was, she could not use anything to counter this scheme anyway.
"As for whether or not I am telling the truth, the school can testify that she really is skipping and is mostly absent from class." Lilith said in one breath. The audience exclaimed at the revelation.
It was already revealed that Lilith had connections with the underground society so they were not shocked about this piece but rather it was Hue and Wisteria having connections with the underground world that shocked them more.
This was especially so as they the couple to be a pure, doting, matured and noble people and not even once associated them to the vicious, dirty and frightful dark industry.

I'm so sorry, I'm currently busy with work ヽ(´△`)ﾉso I'll stop updating 7 chapters a week and return to the previous 5 chapters in a week instead ꒰´꒳`∗꒱ (starting last week actually) I'm not even sure if I'm able to even reach this goal (*・_・) but I'll try my best to do so σ(≧ε≦ｏ).
