Having fully recovered her energy, Ivy let go of the now broken Poe. Standing up with full energy, she looked towards the direction of the town.
"Let's go! I'm fully recovered now!"
With a smile forming on her lips, Ivy looked at Lucia and the looked at Poe. Seeing Poe so exhausted on the ground, Ivy felt a little bad about how she used Poe to "recover" faster.
"I will carry Poe, sis you can just go ahead."
Ivy said as she slowly bend down and picked up the exhausted Poe into a princess carry.
Poe who had just recovered from the earlier attacks after feeling Ivy leaving felt himself being picked up and gently carried away. Looking at the person that carried him, Poe decided to just give up and slowly fell asleep while being carried by Ivy.
Lucia who saw the look of not wanting to fight anymore, before falling asleep on Poe's face could not help laughing a little to herself. The reason for this was not that she liked to look at Poe's suffering to her sister, but because all Ivy did was, hug him. Nothing more. The reason why Lucia found it fun was that he was so scared when Ivy hugged him for so long.
Maybe Lucia found Poe's scared expression cute or maybe it was something else. Only Lucia herself would know…
Making their way back towards the town, Lucia was the one who dealt with the rock golems on the way, because Ivy was still carrying the now sleeping Poe in a princess carry.
[glorious rock of the great rock golem race]: This rock was dropped by a member of the glorious rock golem race! (Still a useless rock, just a useless rock with a great origin!)
Looking at the description of the rock that dropped from the level 16 rock golem she just killed, Lucia let out a sigh.
"Why do the rocks dropped from rock golems always sound so weird…? From what I heard even the higher-level rock golem are the same, but they are in the end all useless rocks! There have never been anything other than useless rocks being dropped from rock golems. The only difference would be shape, size or appearance of the damnable rock!"
Saying so, Lucia picked up the glorious rock and threw it far into the distance with a little help from her earth magic.
"Sis… You know that rock golems have always been useless, but they are still strong monsters at higher-levels! There is a reason why they can be called one of the strongest monsters races, even when they only drop useless rocks…"
Ivy scolded Lucia with a slightly stern look on her face, if Poe was awake at this moment, he would be quite shocked that the grand pervert Ivy could be so serious about something that did not involve harassing someone cute.
"I-I know that big sister, It's just annoying to spend so much time dealing with these rock golems and only get EXP from them… By the way since when did you get serious about something that did not involve harassing cute and small things?"
It seemed that even Lucia realized that her big sister had gotten weirdly serious when she talked about how useless the rock golems was. Almost like, she had offended her in some sort of way.
"Ah, that? I saw Poe whispering to herself about how she was going to prove that rock golems was not useless~ Cute~ Right? This big sister is a responsible person, so of course I need to support my cute little angle when she wants to do something~"
Hearing the reason, Lucia sighed to herself, she thought her big sister was finally about to get serious about monsters and had taken an interest to the rock golem monster race. It was after all one of the biggest and strongest monster races out there and maybe her sister wanted to solve the mystery around why they only dropped useless rocks.
Sadly, reality was not that beautiful and her big sister just wanted to use this as an opportunity to get closer to Poe.
Thinking this, Lucia suddenly felt that it was dangerous to leave Poe in Ivy's hands and before Ivy had any time to react, Poe got snatched away from her and was carried away by Lucia still in a princess carry.
"AAH, NO! SIS YOU CAN'T! MY ENERGY IS LEAVING ME! I'M GOING TO DIE! PLEASE SISTER I NEED POE TO RECOVER!"
Ivy of course did not want this change of event to happen and decided that she could not live without the support of Poe.
Lucia looked behind herself and saw her big sister rolling around on the ground behind her while screaming many things, but Lucia ignored her, turned around, and left her pitiful big sister behind.
A minute or two after Lucia left, Ivy stood up again and turned towards Lucia in the distance.
"Wait up sis, I was just joking! Don't leave me behind!"
Screaming towards the distant Lucia, Ivy got up on her feet and using some fire magic her feet started to let out small flames, as she accelerated and closed the gap between her and Lucia in only a few seconds.
"Sis before was just a joke, a joke! Nothing happened! Look, I am all-good now. Now can I please carry Poe! I promise I will not do anything to her."
Looking at her begging big sister, Lucia let out a sigh a she looked down at the still sleeping Poe.
"Fine, but only until we reach the town and you can't do anything weird to Poe while she is sleeping! Understood?"
"Yes, I understand sis, I won't do anything to her!"
Saying so, Ivy snatched Poe out of her little sister's hand and looked down at the sleeping Poe with a blissful smile.
Lucia, who saw this let out a helpless smile as they made their way back towards the town. Lucia clearing away the rock golems on their way back and Ivy carrying Poe in a princess style.
Luckily, for Ivy, Poe did not wake up on their way back and she could fully enjoy her time carrying Poe back towards the town.
