Chapter 115 - Guild Leader

As the dark clouds opened, a mythical black colored pegasus flew down from the sky. It landed on the ground and gave a loud neigh. This neigh spread through the entire battlefield. Everyone who was fighting against the goats stopped and stared at the majestic horse.

Emile felt lucky that he had a sense of danger. If he didn't have this sense, he wouldn't have been able to predict the explosion and avoid it.

His awe for the horse was as great as everyone else.

The horse ran down and summoned lightning from the sky. Emile and the other shot spells at the horse. Emile cast BFB's and Yin-Yang Blast at the horse. It dodged attacks, but other attacks landed on the horse.

The fight began.

The horse would charge towards a player or NPC. They would pick them up and drop them from high altitudes. It would summon lightning to zap the players and NPC's. This phase of the fight lasted for ten minutes.

Everyone was targetting the Pegasus. It seemed like a planned out raid. He wasn't contributing very much to the fight since he could rarely hit the boss who was moving too quickly.

The others were struggling to hit the boss. Some of the strong NPC's could hit the boss every time which was a good thing for the group.

Falling from a high height dealt lots of damage to the players who fell. Some even died on impact.

The lightning was also strong since one hit from it could deal 1400 damage to the opponent. This could kill the average player.

The boss reached the second phase after a few more hits. It shooks its wings around causing feather to fall.

These feathers turned into miniature pegasuses which attacked everyone. This did a giant amount of damage if a person or player got hit by the small pegasus. The people would try to attack the small pegasuses whenever it went close to them.

The casualties increased as more and more people got hit by the pegasuses or the lightning. Also, the boss had an enormous amount of health.

They didn't know how the pegasus would fall.

It summoned more pegasus by sing its feathers. People were dropping like flies. Even the NPC's couldn't handle the bosses attacks.

"We need to get help," William shouted out.

"Yeah," one of his teammates shouted back.

"Who will help us," William replied.

"Ask the Guild Leader," the other one replied.

William talked to the Guild Leader. He was informing her about what was occurring. The guild leader frowned as she heard his words.

She sighed and headed back to White Star City.

Emile and the others had heard their conversation and knew the Guild Leader would come to save them from their demise. They continued to attack the Pegasus.

Sometimes, the players could dodge the Pegasus's attack, but most of the time the player would die due to each attack.

Emile's party were strong, so they could kill the small Pegasus without a problem. They didn't need to worry about that threat.

Emile and others continued to stall the fight to lower the casualties.

He used his Light Domain to heal the players who took damage from the attacks. This Light Domain caused dozens of people to squeeze around him to gain the healing. Emile rejected no one from his healing service.

Casualties decreased for a minute due to the skill.

The pegasus reached another phase. It gave a loud neigh as it concentrated the dark clouds into one singular point. It would zap the ground with an powerful lightning. That strike could kill the players off near the location.

As it was about to strike out, a silhouette appeared in midair and attacked the pegasus. It disrupted the skill.

This figure was Emile who used his Flight Stone to fly up and stop the attack. He realized that the lightning attack would annihilate another group of people.

He succeeded in his plan to stop the attack, but now he needed to figure out how to face the wrath of the Pegasus.

The player's witnessed the first player that had the ability to fly. It was a unique sight, and players longed to soar through the skies. They felt jealous of Emile's ability.

Emile activated his Shadow Domain on the boss to deal as much as damage as he could. He ran away after he cast the Shadow Domain. He didn't want to stick around the boss any longer.

He appeared back on the ground next to his party.

"Nice job," FBS Fulcron said. He saw Emile complete those epic movements.

"Thanks," Emile said.

This enraged the pegasus as it looked for the person who stopped its skill. It didn't see Emile since he attacked from the back.

It summoned more miniature pegasuses from its feathers and ordered them to attack the people as fast as they could.

Players continued to die due to the multiple attacks.

The pegasus charged up its lightning strike once again. It focused all the dark clouds into one region. This time Emile couldn't stop the skill since his flight stone was on cooldown.

The lightning bolt zoomed down from the clouds aimed straight at the ground with players, people and goblins alike.

Suddenly, the lightning bolt stopped moving whilst in midair. A silhouette appeared from the distance with a finger pointing lazily at the lightning. The finger shot up in one swift movement causing the lightning bolt to fly straight into the sky.

The silhouette flew closer to the pegasus causing the enraged pegasus to activate another skill. This time it charged forward with lightning sparks surrounding its body.

The person pushed their hand forward in an open palm position. The pegasus couldn't continue to move forward.

Everyone on the ground was freaking out as they saw a person stop the Pegasus's attacks with ease. Their heart was racing and blood was pumping.

The person summoned a card from their inventory. They shot the card towards the Pegasus and it penetrated inside the Pegasus and flew out from the other side.

The pegasus fell from the sky. The person took the Pegasus into their inventory by waving their hand. They dusted their hands off.

"Good job, Guild Leader," William shouted out.

The guild leader looked over and saw them. She flew away into the distance after her glance.

"She was so cool!" FBS Fulcron said with enthusiasm. He was excited about seeing a busty lady kick ass.

"Yeah, did you see how she used one hand to stop the pegasus," Nimble Rod said with excitement.

They were excited that the Pegasus died and the epic showing of the Guild Leader.

"I didn't know she was that strong," Emile said with admiration. Her psychic abilities allowed her to fly. She also used her psychic abilities to kill the Pegasus in one hit.

There were no more mobs left, so all that remains was the contribution ranking. They could get their rewards and see how they did compare to others.
