After all, through the learning of advanced scientific knowledge, he understood that what he'd been able to do before coming here to reincarnate was already godly, in scientific terms. Without modding his genes, he was already capable of controlling the Four Fundamental Forces or F3, just a wave of his hand and ample of energy and he was able to manipulate these forces! From generating energy, to creating matter out of seemingly thin air, transmutation or total conversion, fission or even fusion! It was all within his capabilities!
