There are requirements to enter the various sections of the library, but the various sections are only for techniques and skills like elemental skills, physical cultivation technique, and various paths techniques.
Golden Academy of talents library is divided into 4 sections Student, Master, Guardian, and Hidden Sections. From what Mengxi told to Ji Yun, he should have access to every book in Student sections and he can also take 10 copies of books and return in 10 days.

The first page of the Booklet is printed as 'Welcome to Golden Academy of Talents' and in other pages, there are various instructions, conditions, and maps to every place inside Golden Academy.
After 30 mins, Ji Yun finished reading the full booklet, now he got a rough idea about various things in 'Golden Academy of Talents'. Like rules, instructions, various halls and missions.
There are various instructions and rules, but only some of the rules are very strict. Like fighting is forbidden inside the academy without permission. Even after the permission, you are not allowed to kill the opponent. If its life and death feud you can only settle it inside Hell Arena, where there are no rules.
Class to class fighting is strictly prohibited like Red class student fighting blue class student, you can only fight other class students in Senior Junior competition that will happen every year end.

"Haven't you received a Beginner booklet?. Anyway, I also have to get some books in the library; you can follow me, but it will be the last time". Yu Mengxi's said in cold and aloof tone.
"Of course, you can be at ease senior sister Mengxi. How could I have the heart to disturb and waste my Sister Mengxi's precious time". Ji Yun spoke over familiarly. Hearing his honey words Yu Mengxi only snorted and began to leave, Ji Yun quietly followed her.
Both of them began walking, Ji Yun asked Mengxi, "Senior sister Mengxi, I heard no one can't fly chakra beast near any halls. Do you know anything about this rule and chakra beasts."

Cultivators once reached mortal realm make chakra beast as their companion for travels, fighting and many other purposes. But there are many restricted areas which prohibit Chakra Beast from flying and entering". Now Ji Yun has understood about this rule, so most of the cultivators will have chakra beast for travel.

What entered Ji Yun view is a large building expanded and surrounded by grasslands, trees, walkways as far as he could see, giving the library a tranquil feeling.
"Junior Brother Ji Yun, we have arrived. This is your first time, so you have to submit a proof of identity or you won't be able to enter. Let's go inside".
When both Yu Mengxi and Ji Yun reached the main door of the library they were stopped by an old man's voice, "Boy, where is your proof of identity?".

The Old man handed his token back and disappeared from his field of view. Ji Yun and Yu Mengxi entered the library,
"This is the Student section of the library while the other sections are on different floors. You can go search for the books, if you need any help you can ask the librarians" saying this Yu Mengxi walked towards the inner region.
As far as Ji Yun could see, row after row of bookshelves are neatly lined up, he also sees titles of every bookshelf arranged in order, there are various books genres like biographies, medicines, geography, religions, elemental theories, controls etc.. student section alone contains more than 10 million books. There are extensive reading and study areas all around the libraries with comfortable chairs and tables. Student and professor are allowed to Borrow books in the library for the time limit of 10 days for students and 20 days for professors.
Ji Yun noiselessly wandered around the library, searching for various books regarding sky continent, medicines fruits and flower books, list of chakra beats books and many other books. Finally, he selected 5 different books of medicines, chakra beasts, and entered the study room.
Medicinal Encyclopedia 1 and 2, Different Elemental flowers and fruits and Various Chakra beasts of Myriad Beast continent, these are the books Ji Yun currently picked. If its normal people one needs more than 2 months to memorize and understand the contents in these books.
What no one knows about Ji Yun is, he already has a chakra field and that too can be used to search, observe and many other purposes. He also has a photographic memory, regarding memorizing of medicinal flowers, fruits and various beasts no one can beat Ji Yun.
After about 3 hours, Ji Yun finished memorizing the books he picked but he was not satisfied by the contents. After reading the books he understands that there are various types of medicines in this world and there are many medicines, flowers, and fruits which are not discovered till this date. Even the chakra beasts are classified into hundreds of thousands of species.
Ji Yun who was not happy searched for various books in the same categories and began to read again. After finished reading another 10 books he discovered there much misleading information in the books. For example, 'White one-eyed monkey' in one book mentioned as a harmless beast and it won't attack others unless the later attacked but in another book its mentioned as a ferocious animal and it will attack everyone within its range. Even the attack and defense methods of the beasts are wrong if someone read this book and to fight the beasts with the information as mentioned in the book they will eventually lose their life's.
Ji Yun becomes confused by this if the books in the library itself are wrong where is he supposed to search for right information. Then he made his way towards one of the librarians to ask about the details regarding the issue.
