"What is Nen used for"
"Generally, Nen can be used for offensive and defensive purpose. Nen attacks are particularly effective against ordinary people, who are incapable of using Nen, and can cause them irreparable, or even mortal, injury(all the people on this planet).Because Nen attacks use energy from the bodies on cells, it may take time to learn how to completely control the said Nen, but anyway talented people are able to train their Nen within a few weeks.
