"G-greetings Lord Mulang! I have failed to notice you earlier, please forgive my rudeness." Manager Hong stammered as he spoke to his superior.
"Manager Hong, you failing to notice my presence is not a big deal at all. However, you telling the owner of Safe Haven that he doesn't have the right to use the VIP room... is a very serious matter that needs to be deescalated."
