Jaemin now realised that he needed a lawyer, he was getting into trouble left and right. If anything like this would happen in the future, he would want to be prepared for it.
He didn't even waste a second of his time, he inmediately called the lawyer his grandfather had used in the past. He was one of the best lawyers in South Korea, and he even works at Kim & Chang(~). He would become his personal lawyer soon.
This was quite a costly matter, but for him, it was like a child's daily allowance. He himself actually underestimated how rich he actually was. He hadn't expected that a few large buildings and other businesses could rack in so much money in such a short time. He literally became a rich chaebol heir like those showed in k-dramas.
His assets in just those alone could let him live the rest of his life in luxury, count his earnings from the advertisements and shows, and pay he gets from being an actor on top of that, and he becomes super rich.
Money clearly wasn't an issue, but there was something else stopping him from suing this man.
He didn't know if it was a wise choice.
Keep in mind, this man worked at JYP Entertainment, and suing him is basically tarnishing JYP's reputation. JYP could get in a lot of trouble for this, including he himself.
Things regarding celebrities are very sensitive to the masses, if it was known that a JYP employee treats their future idols like this, it could literally make the company go bankrupt, and this wasn't an overstatement.
If something bad would happen to the company this close to GOT7's and his acting debut, then they might be delayed or they probably won't even come.
He needed to show JYP this, which he was now going to do. He is the only person who could find a suitable punishment for this guy.

The girl that was secretly watching them was none other then Suji.
She had finished her practice and quietly snuck out of her room to get some food, which wasn't allowed. She had to follow a strict diet since she would debut soon, but she decided to neglect it by eating some junk food.
This is also why there was no one else in that branche of the cafeteria then her, and by accident, she saw something which she shouldn't have seen.
She saw two people, a trainee, and one of the instructors having an argument.
She quickly hided behind one of the tables that was located a bit closer to the door so she could get a better view and hear what exactly was going on. She couldn't see who they were exactly from that distance.
She heard the instructor screaming with a loud voice, then followed by him hitting the trainee on his head, who actually turned out to be Minjae!
It was a soft hit, and Minjae might have done something very wrong, so she didn't intervene. Moreover, she was too scared, the instructor looked genuinely enraged.
She was still a young girl, not many people of her age have the courage to step up like that.
The instructor kept hitting Minjae, with each hit carrying more force behind it. And Minjae didn't even blink, he just stood there, accepting the beating.
'Oh, what should I do, what should I do?!'
She didn't know if she should help him or not, she was truly afraid. She figured she'd call for help, but by then, the instructor would have already beaten the crap out of Minjae if this continued.
And then, the instructor gave a solid punch to Minjae's face.
* Thump *
Even she heard the sound from where she was, that hit must have been really hard.
Minjae stumbled backwards, and blood started coming out of his mouth.
...
That was it, she couldn't watch any longer. She couldn't let Minjae get hurt any more.
She got up and quickly walked over to the door.
She was about to open it when suddenly, Minjae pushed the instructor against the wall.
Her hand that was already on the doorknob suddenly halted, she only had to push down and the door would open, while she still watched this whole scene through a small window.
He then actually grabbed his throat and lifted him up with only one hand?!
She was stunned, how powerful is he?
"A real man.." She felt her heart flutter for a second.
The instructor's head started turning red, and his hands desperately tried to remove Minjae's hand. He whispered something into his ear, but she couldn't hear what he said.
He then let go, and walked away after a few seconds.
It all happened so fast, she didn't even have the chance to help Minjae.
He definitely made an impression on her, even without knowing that he did.
Or, didn't he?
...
He knew.
It was a stroke of luck, but he spotted Suji at the last moment, at the moment when he was leaving.
When he turned his phone off, there was something, a figure to be exact, that was reflected on it. He saw Suji peeking at them through the cateria door's window.
Normally, he wouldn't have noticed this.
But now, he did. Probably because he became more cautious after that incident with the other girl and the taxi driver.
He wanted to live a life where he could control what would happen to him, that no possible problems could show up.
Of course, this was impossible.
But the biggest possible disasters of his life could be prevented by just being a bit more cautious and thoughtful. This didn't mean that Suji seeing them was a disaster, it could actually be viewed in a positive manner. Who knows, mabybe their relationship develops into something further than just being co-stars?
But it was better that he knew of this, Suji could have reported this to some other parties without him knowing, like the police.
The reason why he waited for a bit, was to check it Suji didn't call anyone.
If she did, he would prevent her from doing that.
If she didn't, then there would be less than a 1% chance that she would call the authorities. Most people do it right after the incident, not a few minutes after it.
She could be going to JYP, or tell her friends about this matter, he didn't know. But he made sure to go there to JYP first, since he was the deciding factor.
He just had to make sure this would pass quietly, and that no press gets involved.
So he quickly went into JYP's office and started talking with him about it, and that included him showing him the evidence.
The result?
He got fired. And it would be hard for him to get a job in any other entertainment company, since he gave a very distressing reason for his unemployment. The exact reason, he also didn't know, JYP decided to keep it a secret.
The thing that was important was that justice had been served. He had already scared the man out of his wits, and JYP had given him a satisfying punishment as well.
He didn't know about the man's circumstances, nor did he want to. What he did was wrong, and no matter what you may be going through, it doesn't serve as a justification for comitting such an act.
And that's how another problem of his got solved, almost perfectly.
He only had to see how Suji would react to him in the future....
