"Where do you think you are going? You dare come to this place like this?" the old man was completely angered by the naked man before him.
"Lord Ji, we must meet the master. Someone made a deal on the master's life," the naked man did not seem to understand the old man's words.
"You wish to meet the master like this? Go away! You have no shame," the old man bellowed.
"Lord Ji, the master's life has been promised in a deal, this is treason!"
"You dare speak of the master in such a way? Do you wish to die?" Lord Ji's temple throbbed in anger.
"I am not lying! This man said so. He said..," the naked man started to say.
"What is happening here?" a lazy voice arrived. It revealed an older man just about the age of Walter's father.
"Master!" the naked man shouted excitedly.
"Why are you running around naked, Gatekeeper Du?" the man raised a brow at his naked figure.
"Master you have been sold to a spirit…Naked?" the man looked down to find that he was completely covered in old stark naked and shrieked and dashed away back the way he came.
Many looked at his figure running away in the distance and felt their brows twitch. He ran away and completely forgot about what he was saying, leaving Walter before the master.
"You are?" the older man asked calmly. Before Walter could open his mouth and speak a word, a voice filled the area.
"Wicked child, so you have grown and are still alive! Did you think this spirit would never be able to find you?" the spirit of the emperor's shed bellowed, his voice spanning across the entire sect.
"Who dares?" Lord Ji responded in anger.
"This voice.," the master of the sect froze, "Impossible!"
"Master, who is this?" Lord Ji asked.
"You even became a sect master," They all watched the corporeal form of a large face appear over the sect. The sect master looked up and felt his body go stiff.
"Spirit Tharl!" he said and started to back away.
"I said I will come back for you, you should have expected this," the face said.
"It was only normal that he die, it was a life and death duel!" the sect master said as he backed away into the cave.
"Wait, you can't be here! You need a host!" he paused, his eyes trained on the figure in the sky.
"Enough!" Walter finally spoke.
"How dare you interrupt?" Lord Ji scolded Walter.
"You! You're the host. Then you must die!" the sect master said and Walter sent him a cold look.
"Then your sect will become his domain and you and everyone here will die," Walter said and the Sect master realised this flaw.
"Let's talk," Walter said and the sect master eyed him cautiously.
"Don't interfere in this, boy," The spirit's eyes turned to stare down at Walter.
"I am still talking," Walter threw it a cold look before looking back at the sect master.
"My master has promised that the spirit will get to meet you. But, she never said what will happen to you after you meet. That is up to me. Besides, I need you alive," Walter said to the sect master.
"Insolence! A child just off his mother's milk dares to speak to the master this way?" Lord Ji scolded Walter. His dislike for Walter increased tenfold.
"You can train me or I can give you to him. It's up to you," Walter said to the sect master, ignoring Lord Ji, who only got angrier at Walter's disregard.
"You think you can bargain with me, boy? The last one before you, I killed easily. You will not be hard," the sect master threatened.
"I was always going to die on one of my master's quests, it is normal," Walter said without care, "Your turn; I wish to have a chance to participate in the drawing for the disciple of the Black Hand. You wish to stay alive, at least keep your disciples from the reach of that large face in the sky. Make a choice,"
