The man flying towards Lie Wei Ying and the two Zandarvians was known as the King of the Alter.
He gulped before he continued his speed and landed by Lie Wei Ying with a fawning smile on his face.
He was roughly five times the height of Lie Wei Ying, and his fawning smile covered up nearly all of his cheeks.
"So, I get to meet the savior of the worlds," The King, Jun Kang, said, "I thought I'd have to return to the second realm without saving my glorious people."
He pointed over towards the two people next to Lie Wei Ying. "These two are from Zandarvia, a country that I occasionally ask to help out with a few projects. I really recommend their food."
The little girl, Wang Ai Mei, pointed her hand at him in return. "You're… H-He's… He's the one who took our daddy!"
Her enraged voiced traveled into Lie Wei Ying's ears at the same speed as everyone here. He turned towards the girl and then looked at her brother.
Her brother laughed immediately and put his hand on her head. "Ah… this little Bunny Bun sure does say some things King. I'm sorry that she disrespected you."
Wang Bo immediately dropped his head to the ground as Lie Wei Ying felt a string plucked inside of him.
"So, did I happen to tell you that I lost my father once, little girl, and it felt like an eternity before I got him back?"
It had been nearly a year and a half since Lie Wei Ying had seen his dad. However, before that, it was a much higher number of years. He was quite frustrated hearing anything bad happening to any dad. Especially to such a pretty girl. Part of him had already planned on chopping this man up. Yet, for some reason, his conscious was telling him to take it easy towards him.
After the Enlightenment Anchoring Stage, there would be something called a Saint's mark, and this man happened to have one floating behind him. It was a transparent crown usually meaning he took the route of the king. These types of Saint Immortals preferred to build Kingdoms. Yet, he was somewhat angered hearing it came at the cost of someone's family.
The other two types of marks were not known in the mortal world and were actually a mystery to Lie Wei Ying. However, in one of his other lives he had seen the crown. Out of all places, it was at a mortal tournament. These men usually liked to wander, and let eternity entertain them with their regal desires always on their fingers.
Yet, Lie Wei Ying wasn't a fan of such atrocious practices. Part of him was swelling up with rage, and an intense fire was starting to show up on his fists.
"Ah… my dear guest of this world… You must have come from the second realm to lessen your tribulation… Please heed what this girl says carefully. I only take men for a hundred years and give them a sort of training…"
He pointed towards the distant mountains where a shadow of an alter was built.
"I was planning on buying this planet of the Monarch Knight once I got clearance from the Second Realm. You see I was hoping to build a kingdom from the ground up, and it didn't seem wise to do it without asking for help. Now, if these two happened to tell you anything unpleasant about me. It was not true. They are just misunderstanding the process."
The girl pouted her face before her brother leaned over. He wanted to whisper something into her ear, and tell her to stop. Yet, before he could utter the words, Lie Wei Ying was standing completely straight with his sword untucked from his straps.
"I'm going to need you to bring this girl her father while I'm at the banquet they're preparing. If, by any chance, you seem to unfortunately miss the dead line, perhaps I'll have to visit that alter, and help it out?"
His small voice carried a quite large tone leaving the smile on the King's face shaking with an intermittent wrinkle traveling up his tense face. "Uhm, yes… I can do that for you.. However, just realize us Kings have networks. If you happen to want any other of my workers, you're going to have to deal with the Kings of the First Realm. I'll be right back—"
Lie Wei Ying ended up with lightning swimming around his body. He arrived behind the King and touched the crown with his finger.
"I've heard that Saint Immortals are capable of great things. Would you care to battle me before you leave? That way… just In case you get any ideas about telling your friends about me, they might know what I'm capable of?"
Wang Bo placed his sister in his hands before he started flying backwards. His sister, a fairly small girl, was cuddled into his bell like arms. He went roughly a mile away before noticing the bubble around him. It was Lie Wei Ying's transcendent energy, and it contained a hint of a law inside of it.
"Sure… let's have a battle, but… let's make it after your grand celebration! After all, if you don't get to enjoy such a grand accomplishment, what good is it to have one happen to you?"
"Well, I'll be waiting for their father then, and no tricks do you here me!" He withdrew his blade before he crossed his legs and somewhat classily floated over towards the waiting brother and sister.
"Well, now, don't get any funny ideas my great King!" Lie Wei Ying chuckled before he placed his beating hands on the girls back next to him.
The entire conversation took roughly a minute, and after that it left the King with a stomach ache he hadn't experienced since he was back in the second realm.
There was a lot of extremely powerful Saint Immortals up there, and offending one such immortal was equivalent to asking to die.
Yet, the boy had just completed a tribulation for one, but was showing no such mark on his back. Who exactly was this mysterious character, and why wasn't he giving off the fluctuations of an almighty immortal saint?
He could only fly back towards his place and cross his fingers their father had survived the extraordinarily difficult mining procedures that dug through the ambrolite rock in the way of his beautiful city. He somewhat immediately shot off in that direction as millions of more worries and plans blanketed him in a somewhat dizzying attack.
Regardless, away from him, Lie Wei Ying was smiling as he headed towards Zandavria. The trees down below which were characteristic of them, were only topped by the beautiful steams and elegant lakes.
He carried them with his transcendent energy as he took a moment to breathe in the fresh air of these natives.
"I really hope he does what I asked," Lie Wei Ying thought before he landed down by the relatively small trees of the Foreila Village.
The people there were looking up at him confusedly wondering why a new face was here.
Comets were still raining down from the sky and creating ripples in the pond that surrounded the lake like a beautiful line drawing.
Finally, though, the bubbles popped that were around him and out came the brother and sister to welcome him to their village.
