Skyler sat alone in his seat with Jiro beside him. The duo still stayed with each other as Sky was always worried that his best friend would get sick again. Jiro hadn't recovered completely. There were times he would get a high fever unexpectedly. His mother was getting worried that the drug used on him was potent enough to weaken his immune system.
"Why aren't you eating your lunch?" Jiro asked, his brows furrowed.
Skyler looked at his lunch on the table and started unpacking it. The other children spoke quietly around them, whispering something about Skyler changing his last name into Park. Eli had completed the procedure and had already added Sky to his family registry as his son.
