"I'm fine, Auntie. Don't worry," said Pudding while holding back tears. She opened the door to her room and slammed it behind her.
"Pudding, open the door. Auntie needs to talk to you."
"Auntie, go to sleep. I'm already really tired," Pudding refused to open the door no matter what.
Qin Ning turned around, walked downstairs, and saw Qin Chu rubbing medicine on Little Bean.
"Oh my god, did you get hit by your mom?" Qin Ning exclaimed after seeing Little Bean's red and swollen hands.
Little Bean nodded, with tears in her eyes.
"I'm sorry, Little Bean. Your grandpa accidentally sold you guys out. I already yelled at him." Qin Ning was just complaining to her dad about why he sold the two little ones out.
