"Jing City?" Qin Chu was taken aback, confused by what Huo Mian was trying to pull.
"Yeah! Remember the surgeon from the army hospital who helped take out your bullet?"
"Yes, I remember."
"Dr. Feng called me today and said that he was going to make an exception for me and make me his apprentice. He wanted me to move to Jing City and become an army surgeon."
"And you agreed?" Qin Chu asked.
"Yes, how could I reject such an amazing opportunity? I'm no fool, it's extremely difficult to become an army doctor," Huo Mian replied matter-of-factly.
Qin Chu went silent...
"Honey?"
"Hm?" Qin Chu sounded slightly dejected.
"Why aren't you saying anything? Aren't you happy for me?" Huo Mian replied as she stuck out her tongue playfully.
"I am."
"I don't believe you. You sound mad."
"I'm really okay, if you want to work in Jing City, you should go," Qin Chu replied calmly.
