But it remains at the top, Because of it's army, The strongest in the whole world, Just after world government if we include that in the picture.

Akira was a small kid who wanted his father's attention.

In a world of pirates and marines, In a place where power defines truth. None of it mattered to him than one thing, His father.

How will he grow up, How far will his love go?

What to expect:

- Timeline, Luffy's adventure takes place in 1524, But this story takes place in 1350's, so around 150 years ago.
- A different side of one piece, this story is only based on a single country. Seikatsu - Land of life, A country not based on monarchy but democracy, So how about a modern-day country in the world of One Piece? 
- Volume one is inspired by a movie called Animal, If you seen the movie you could easily guess the plot of volume 1, from volume two the story will follow my plot.
- No adventuring outside of the country, This country is massive, So i will mainly use Seikatsu for this fanfic.
- Circle of Chaos uses the world of one piece and its power system as its base.
