"And I am THE Princess!" She said with fire in her eyes, anger fuelling her words. She had promised herself to remain civil with him but his words had pushed her over the edge once again.

"You are not my prince. We share a title, we will share a throne but that's as far as it gets. I do not care if you're a man, I do not care for your stupid ideas and I do not care for your stupid army. The next time you cross me, I will not hesitate to slit your throat." 

He took a menacing step closer to her after she finished.

"Is that a threat?" He said trying to coax her. She smiled and took a step closer until he could feel her breath on his face.

"No. It's a promise."
