With great anticipation for the military academy life, I stepped into the dormitory, expecting to live in harmony with my roommates and pursue our dreams together. However, I never expected a nightmare to quietly unfold. The girl on the upper bunk had a figure like that of a Victoria's Secret model, and she was strikingly beautiful on the outside. But her actions were in sharp contrast to her appearance. Once, she even smashed a newly - bought military boot hard into my face, casually claiming it was just "a joke". Similar incidents kept happening. My anger and grievances piled up day by day. After fruitless attempts at communication, the dormitory became a place I dreaded. Eventually, I resolutely moved out and embarked on a long and arduous commuting journey. On the crowded bus, although I was exhausted, I also found inner relief and new hopes for the future during this tough journey.
