Synopsis:
WARNING DANGER!  Those who read this story risk gaining an IQ point for each chapter read, leading to an existential crisis.  First symptom: addiction to water.

In a crowded and unhealthy city,
Vati, a depressed and school drop-out teenager who has run away from home, meets Abellio, a deeply intelligent young man with obscure and mysterious powers and knowledge, who wants to make him his apprentice.  Entering the world of psychic "politicians," will Vati finally discover fulfillment or rather frenzy?
