In a quiet town, there is a man who tries to end his life every sunset and sunrise. Everyone knows him—some whisper that he has already died, yet he reappears the next day as if nothing happened. Strangely, he spends his days working at a small, nearly forgotten glasses shop tucked away in the farthest corner of town.

Whenever people ask about his supposed attempts, he simply smiles, denying it with unsettling delight. "That wasn’t me," he says.

But was it?

No one knows for sure. They call him Kormos.
