In the midst of the battlefield, a deep crater—formed by the sheer devastation—lay before them. Among the ruins, two figures stood, gazing at the Shadow Demon, who was kneeling on the ground, gripping his black sword.

"Now, perish, Shadow Demon." One of the two men spoke, raising his sword.

"So… this is how I die? I failed to achieve my goal…" the Shadow Demon thought as he stared at the two men before him.

" Bastard! If I am to die, I will take you with me!" he roared before detonating his core, triggering a massive explosion.

BOOOOM!

A deafening explosion echoed throughout the valley, leveling everything in its wake. Not a single mountain remained.

"What? I'm still alive? How is that possible? I remember detonating my core…"

A young boy, around 13 or 14 years old, muttered to himself. Turning to the side, he was shocked upon seeing his reflection, but he quickly regained his composure.

"So… I’ve been reincarnated once again."

At that moment, a flood of memories surged into his mind.

"In this life… my name is Drake Vexhart."
