Why couldn’t I have been there? Why couldn’t the world just let me be with you?
Those are thoughts that often cross my mind.
Though I know that it wasn’t my choice to leave, I can’t help but feel guilty for making you go through life all alone.
So now that I have you again, I promise you, I won’t let go.
Even though you don’t know it, I will always be here for you.
I won’t ask the heavens for anything else if it means I can be beside you.
