The whole world has plunged into chaos due to the rise of "Exiles" - mysterious and powerful species of monsters wishing to take control over the modern world. Humans were only able to fight back with weapons and what ever was left... until a highly successful group of scientists discovered, or rather invented, a new serum that undeniably gave "spectrums" - this are special enhancements; human weapons, ability users, and superhumans -to any body that consumes it. 

Well, a deranged and mentally ill teenage patient, Sky, dares to take the serum in exchange for money. However, as fate would have it, he received something unexpected - something worthy of turning the world....
