The story follows Zane Striker, a lowly F-rank Hunter ridiculed as the weakest. Struggling to support his younger sister, Zane takes on dangerous Rift missions despite his lack of strength. One day, during a mission gone wrong, Zane stumbles upon a hidden Core Rift and is abandoned by his team. At the brink of death, he is chosen by a mysterious System, granting him the ability to grow infinitely stronger.

With each battle, Zane levels up, surpassing even the most powerful Hunters. Along the way, he discovers secrets about the Rifts, the System, and a hidden threat that could destroy humanity.
