The zombie apocalypse wasn’t the future Zoe envisioned when she took a job at Perkatory, a quaint little coffee shop in her quiet city. But when the undead began to rise, and chaos swept through the streets, Zoe stayed behind the counter, brewing lattes and pouring cold brews for the few survivors brave—or desperate—enough to wander in.  

For Zoe, the coffee shop becomes more than a job—it’s her fortress, her community, and her tether to the humanity slowly unraveling outside. With a dry sense of humor and a knack for creating the perfect cup of coffee, she navigates this new world of shambling corpses and eccentric survivors. Her regulars include an ex-military survivalist who insists on black coffee, a teenage gamer who livestreams his zombie kills over the shop's Wi-Fi, and a mysterious stranger who pays for his cappuccino in scavenged ammo.  

But Zoe’s life becomes more complicated when she discovers her coffee shop holds a secret. Hidden beneath the building is a bunker with supplies, a mysterious journal, and evidence of a government experiment gone terribly wrong—one that may have caused the zombie outbreak in the first place. Now, Zoe must decide whether she’ll step out from behind the counter to confront the horrors outside or keep brewing coffee in the eye of the apocalypse.  

In a world where the undead are relentless and survival is bitter, *Brew of the Dead* asks: can the little rituals of normalcy—like a warm cup of coffee—keep hope alive?
