In the sprawling afterlife known as the Echelon, those who have died are thrust into a strange, competitive hell—a realm where death is not the end but a proving ground. Quinn, a reserved student who thought life’s finality was absolute, awakens in the void. Surrounded by thousands of similarly innocent souls, each with no memory of how or why they arrived, Quinn quickly realizes that survival here depends on more than just wit—it demands victory in a twisted, otherworldly competition. 

Note: This is purely for entertainment value. As much as I’d like to and intend to sprinkle in philosophical musings and smart writing, if you will, I by no means intend to try and make it perfect. The nature of this story in and of itself is to simply make cool fights, which is all I really want to do. The plot and such is simply a way of adding a couple extra layers of paint to what you might say is work-in-progress painting. The writing won’t be perfect, neither will the character portrayals or the power-system adaptations, however I’ll make an effort to make them as authentic as I can with my current writing ability.
