In the midst of a small planet named Eversmore, there lay upon a bed a poor factory worker just waking up, seemingly confused, his name is orion, and he isn't as simple as he seems.

Sunni is a medical student studying in the US, when he dies at the hands of his supposed "boyfriend" on their first date. When he wakes up he is thrust into a steampunk sorta dark age era as a factory worker named orion. Since he was in his final year of medical school he decides to pursue medicine again.

Unfortunately life isn't that simple and there are secrets to be uncovered, secrets to be kept, and powers to be earned, if he can make it out alive that is.
