After the Third World War, which pitted all the nations of the world against each other, life is no longer the same.
 Evan Adams is a trauma psychologist, whose job is to enter the psyche and memories of his patients in order to combat their traumas for them. 
However, he soon realizes that he can't save everyone. 
His uncertainty grows, and when he looks in the mirror, he can't help but wonder if he'll ever be able to do it...
