Viktor Storm, a man shrouded in enigma, leads a clandestine government team dubbed "The Miscreants" – a motley crew of convicted offenders with extraordinary abilities. Sentenced to serve under Storm, each member has entered a binding agreement with the government, their freedom tethered to their cooperation.

This isn't your typical superhero team. The Miscreants are deployed on missions that push the boundaries of morality, often tasked with eliminating supernatural threats that endanger humanity. They face creatures of myth and legend – vengeful spirits, shape-shifting demons, and ancient gods – all while navigating the complexities of their own pasts and the ever-present threat of their agreements turning against them.

As they delve deeper into the supernatural world, the team begins to question the true nature of their mission and the motives of the enigmatic Viktor Storm. Are they truly defenders of humanity, or pawns in a dangerous game?
