Why did Tobirama hate the Uchiha so much? Many people would argue that the Second Hokage had many reasons to resent the clan and even detest them, however, it wasn't as simple as that. 

Tobirama feared their curse, a curse that was surging through their blood. He didn't want their curse to hurt his beloved village. Unfortunately, his brother didn't agree with him and he brought that cursed clan into the village. 

But perhaps Tobirama's fear was logical. 

Many years later, a golden-eyed child was born. Inside her, the strongest weapon and curse of the uchiha’s clan resided. 

However, was she going to prove Tobirama's worries to be correct, or was she going to prove that Hashirama’s trust in them was correct? 

Mahito Uchiha's life was the only answer.
