Dhriya Shastri a renowned psychiatrist of a well known mental hospital primarily situated in the coasts of east America is unknown to the future that holds both her profession and heart in the edge of a knife. 
Unbeknownst to the horrors , she is assigned to a new patient who was admitted with the crimes of killing 30 people including his own wife and a small child. What seemed like a series of unskilled manipulations , turns out to be well performed tactics of a planned murder he has been playing in his mind. 
As love blooms between Dr.Shastri and Dr.Jeon , a sinister glint perhaps awaits for them to enjoy their life till they have one. 
Things take an unusual turn when Shastri also finds a creeper at her doorstep, ready to prey her , unknown to her. 

The darkest of symphony heaves it's way with a Ghouly murderer pateint, her lover and a newly bounded stalker.
