In a world where extraordinary power comes with extraordinary risks, society has imposed strict laws to regulate them.

Espers—humans with extraordinary powers—are forced to join the Corps or be hunted as criminals, high school student Elijah hides his true identity to protect himself, someone who came from a lineage of rogue or criminal Espers.

Elijah was sent to fend for himself on the corps while trying his best to hide his history.
