Time goes on. The world advances. Just as how the humanity evolves and accommodates, the horrors, miseries, and gruesome fables—they continue to pile up.

One day, the world surpassed line. Then, boom. The piled up horrors... they exploded. In other words, they 'physically manifested.' People shrieked. Governments fell into a panic. A strange form of power was awoken in special ones, the ability to harness the power of spirits.

It was the rise of the new era, the Age of Calamity.

...And within this world, there lies the one man, 

"What the fuck are you talking about?!"

who is, for some reason, unable to sense, sight, touch, and therefore, comprehend the concept of these physically manifested horrors.
