Kazuma Kiryu, the Dragon of the Dojima Family, after serving his time in jail for 10 years decided to find answers about why the Tojo Clan chairman, Masaru Sera, sent assassins to kill him while he was in prison.

But instead of finding his answers, he gets involved in even more problems, discovering that the Tojo Clan is in disarray after losing 10 billion yen.
During his investigation, he suddenly finds two living children inside a bar full of dead people.

One is a little girl named Haruka, and the other is a little boy named Eugen that clinging to each other.

Seeing them, Kiryu decides to take care of them, but he soon discovers that the little boy has some kind of power in his right hand.
