Yang Zhi was from the royal family and she could have lived luxuriously at the palace squandering money on clothes and jewelleriess but she chose to live a tough life fighting alongside men leading troops to war as the general of the Yingdui army of the Xiang State. The protection turned into deep love and by the time Shen Wu fulfilled the wish Yang Zhi had already become his love obsession that he couldn't let go.
