When Atlas was a child, he met an angelic woman who asked him a strange question: "Will you take care of my heart when I'm dead?" As a kid, he thought it was just a joke... but something about it lingered, even then.

Years later, after waking from a three-year coma, Atlas finds a strange video in his laptop gallery. In the video, he can be seen asking for help from his future self—yet the video was recorded while he was in a coma. Disturbed and desperate to know the truth, he decides to visit the place where it was filmed. However, upon arriving in the village, he finds himself trapped and forced to survive a horror-filled, deadly game crafted by lurking creatures.
