Bella is a beautiful, smart, and charming doctor who knows both traditional and Western medicine. One day at the hospital, she sees a man smoking in the ward. She starts to lecture him about the dangers of smoking, not realizing he is a powerful mafia member. As punishment for her boldness, he throws her out of the window.

Suddenly, a glowing portal opens beneath her, and she falls into a strange forest in another world. Confused and scared, Bella tries to find her way out when she spots a gorgeous man struggling to breathe and badly injured. Without hesitation, she performs CPR, only to find out that he’s a tiger beastman from a tiger tribe who now claims she must take responsibility for him.


Just as she is trying to figure out what to do, a system panel appears in front of her, showing her tasks she needs to complete:

[Task: Help the tribe affected by a flood. Many women are dying, and infections are spreading.]

[Reward: Gain new skills and survival kits to help you in this world.]

As Bella tries to adapt to her new life, she finds herself surrounded by beastmen who are all interested in her:

"Stop it, Mr. Tiger! Your fluffiness is too distracting!" 

“And you, Mr. Lion! Stop flexing those muscles like that!” 

“Mr. Rabbit, could you please stop staring at me like a... well, a horny rabbit?” 

“And why can't Cute Jaguar keep his eyes off me?” 


In this wild  primitive beastworld world, Bella must figure out how to help the tribe, deal with the challenges of her new life, and maybe even find love among the charming beastmen.
