Among the students is Zenji Takahara, a quiet and unassuming loner with a dark obsession—he devours horror and survival movies, always overthinking every possible threat, preparing for scenarios no one else ever considers. Though he never wanted to come on this trip, his protective instincts for his younger brother and best friends forced his hand. Armed with survival gear, night vision, thermal goggles, and a mind trained to spot danger in every corner, Zenji is the only one truly ready for what’s coming.

But Zenji’s obsession with survival goes far beyond mere preparedness. He’s trained in multiple martial arts, knows how to kill quickly and efficiently, and is not afraid to do what must be done to protect the ones he cares about. As the killers begin their hunt, Zenji finds himself in a deadly game of cat and mouse, battling not only the twisted psychopaths hiding in the forest, but also the terror closing in on the survivors.
