Clay Morgan follows the story of Clay Morgan, a 12-year-old orphan living in the Kamal Ajar Orphanage in New York City. As part of a rare mutation known as "Irregulars," Clay possesses a unique ability called "Rant," which allows him to store inanimate objects and deceased items in a subspace dimension and retrieve them by chanting specific words. His life takes a dramatic turn when he accidentally reveals his powers and becomes a target for the government’s Maximus Department, which hunts down Irregulars for experimentation and exploitation.
