Vampyres, a race of biologically immortal beings, transformed by a viral mutation that rewrote their genetic code, evolving them into something beyond the limits of humanity.

Though sharing a common ancestry with Humans, they had morphed into an entirely new species, one faster, stronger, smarter, resilient, and nearly eternal. This near immortality, an evolutionary gift and curse, defined their titular existence.

They were nature's mistake, a deviation  of the greatest kind. They were an abomination, creatures who fed and sustained themselves on the life force of the living, drawing their strength and power from the crimson essence of blood. 

An anomaly cursed to hide from the light that would destroy them and thrive in the cold embrace of darkness.

Adam was one of them. But unlike the rest, he came from a different time and possessed an ability that set him apart from his people. The ability to traverse the infinite Multiverse.

With an unrelenting determination, and a keen intellect, he would evolve into a higher lifeform, becoming the Progenitor of a new race of Vampires free from their accursed weaknesses and more powerful than ever before. 

He would take his progeny across the stars, conquering countless worlds, becoming undisputed masters of their domain, crossing countless dimensions as they spread their legacy, journeying down the dangerous path of evolution.

A path marked by blood, sacrifice, death, destruction, and chaos beyond their wildest dreams and darkest nightmares.

...All towards the attainment of the ultimate prize—True Eternity.
