The story begins with Jarek trading his custom-crafted cards to Benji, a nervous young duelist whose soul card—Chaos Rabbit of Trickery—has great potential but lacks the necessary support. The annual Card Kings tournament is approaching, a high-stakes event where the winner gains a coveted prize: the freedom to legally produce and distribute their own cards without interference from the corporations.

And with some of the most powerful duelists and corporate-backed teams entering the fray, the stakes have never been higher.

His custom cards, like Moonlight Chaos, turn seemingly weak, multiplying rabbits into rampaging, unstoppable forces, reflecting the unpredictable nature of his approach. He knows that if  his partners can make a strong showing in the tournament, his reputation as an underground card creator will explode, drawing more attention to his abilities and challenging the monopolies.
