A young mage named Hajimari, a paid mercenary working for a mercenary group, is sent on a mission with his crew to scout and retrieve a treasure from the ruins of another planet. But this led to the downfall of his crew. Barely alive, he clings to life, refusing to let death do its job. "No, I can't fall here, not like this. I am not done. How would they fare without me?"

A light flashes, and he loses consciousness. He falls into a dream surrounded by darkness, with a small shining orb at its center. When he wakes, he will be shocked by the changes that have happened to him.
